Join us at the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission's meeting on Tuesday, Jan 9 to show your support for a reliable timeline for the Line 3 Replacement Project. The Commission will consider a significant delay in the regulatory proceedings ordered by an administrative law judge. This could delay good-paying jobs and benefits for many workers, and tax revenue and local economic stimulus to Minnesota and its communities. Help us show support for this critical safety-driven maintenance project in advance of the Commission's decision.
**If you are unable to attend this meeting, you can support Line 3 by signing our petition in support of the critical project.**
The Line 3 Replacement Project is a new 337-mile long, 36-inch diameter pipeline that would replace 282 miles of the existing 34-inch Line 3 pipeline in Minnesota. The pipeline route proposed by Enbridge would parallel the route of the existing Line 3 pipeline from the North Dakota-Minnesota border to Clearbrook, Minnesota, but would require a new right-of-way from Clearbrook to Superior, Wisconsin. The existing Line 3 pipeline is proposed to be permanently deactivated and left in-place after the new pipeline is installed, tested, and operational.
