The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is holding a public hearing on Monday, November 5 for the Northeast Supply Enhancement project's application for a Freshwater Wetlands Individual Permit.
The permit specifically addresses construction of an access road and pipes in connection with a new 32,000 horsepower compressor station in Somerset County, as well as a new 26-inch-diameter pipeline - the Madison Loop - located in Middlesex County.
