I would first like to say, “Tough times never last. But tough people do.” Pipeliners are some of the toughest and most resilient folks, but we are definitely being tested. We already had many enemies to battle, such as cheap nonunion contractors, biased judges, and extreme environmental protesters.
This pipeline system will commence in Kleberg and Jim Wells Counties, Texas and will terminate at the Rio Grande Terminal. The project is designed to allow for interconnection with various unaffiliated intrastate and interstate natural gas pipelines at multiple receipt points with a single primary delivery point.
