Virtual Public Hearing: Line 5 Act 16 Application
The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) is holding a virtual public hearing on Monday, August 24 to collect verbal comments on MPSC Case No. U-20763, Enbridge's Act 16 application to replace and relocate a segment of Line 5 into a tunnel beneath the Straits of Mackinac. The public hearing will be transcribed and included in the case record.
